Differences between requester, owner and payer
Requester
- Physical or legal person who requests a network connection service. They must be registered in the private area
- They can request and manage the network connection requests in their name.
- They are the contact person and they receive correspondence related to their network connections.
- The must accept use of the data provided, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation outlined in our Legal Notice.
- The requester is always associated with the requested network connection, and this cannot be modified.
Owner
- Physical or legal person who has the installation (in the case of consumption) or owner of the installation that is entitled to a connection (in the case of generation).
- They may coincide with the requester and/or the payer
- They are granted the rights of access and connection
- They may view the correspondence sent to the requester in the private area.
Payer
- Physical or legal person who receives the bill in their name
- They pay for the service through the appropriate means
- They may coincide with the requester and/or the owner
- They may view the correspondence sent to the requester in the private area.
