At UFD, we work every day to digitise and improve the services that we offer you as a user of our network. On our digital service platform, you can already consult and manage your supply points, but do you know what you need to register as a user and gain access to all the services?
- How do I register as a user?
To register in the Private Area, we will ask you for the following information:

Name and surname(s) / Company name

Telephone number
-
Email address
-
Identification number (NIF/CIF/NIE)

Password
After entering the data, we will send you an email. It is vital that you click on Enter the private area to confirm your email address and complete the registration process.

- Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request to change it on the recovery page. We will ask you for your identification document number and the email address you used to register in the private area. Once you have made the request, we will send you an email so that you can change your login details.
In order to recover your password, you must make sure you validate your email address when you register by clicking the link in the email we send you after registration.
After requesting to recover your password, you will receive an email to the address validated during registration with a link to change your password:
- I have already registered and I am the holder of the contract, what do I do now?
If you are the holder of the contract, once registered you must link your username to your supply points through one of your CUPS or the request number.
Once you have associated the CUPS with your username, you will have access to the supply point data, general data and the My Consumption section. If you have several CUPS, the complete list of your supply points will be displayed so that you can choose which one to consult.
