At UFD, we work every day to digitise and improve the services that we offer you as a user of our network. On our digital service platform, you can already consult and manage your supply points, but do you know what you need to register as a user and gain access to all the services?
- How do I register as a user?
To register in the Private Area, we will ask you for the following information:
Name and surname(s) / Company name
Identification number (NIF/CIF/NIE)
After entering the data, we will send you an email. It is vital that you click on Enter the private area to confirm your email address and complete the registration process.
- Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request to change it on the recovery page. We will ask you for your identification document number and the email address you used to register in the private area. Once you have made the request, we will send you an email so that you can change your login details.
In order to recover your password, you must make sure you validate your email address when you register by clicking the link in the email we send you after registration.
After requesting to recover your password, you will receive an email to the address validated during registration with a link to change your password:
- I have already registered and I am the holder of the contract, what do I do now?
If you are the holder of the contract, once registered you must link your username to your supply points through one of your CUPS or the request number.
Once you have associated the CUPS with your username, you will have access to the supply point data, general data and the My Consumption section. If you have several CUPS, the complete list of your supply points will be displayed so that you can choose which one to consult.
- How do I delegate supply points to third parties (manager or advisor)?
Sometimes it can be useful to delegate the consultation or management of a supply to third parties, such as in the case of rented properties or particular family situations.
Our private area offers two types of delegations. We’ll explain the differences and how to delegate your supply point in them.
- I have already registered as a manager or advisor, what do I do now?
If you are not the contract holder, you can request new connection points and manage those that have been delegated to you as a manager or advisor. We’ll explain step by step how to become a manager or advisor.
