Electricity distribution Article 18.2 of Circular 1/2024 of 27 September, by the National Securities Market Commission, which establishes the methodology and conditions for access and connection to the transmission and distribution networks of electricity demand facilities, requires network operators to carry out a consultation process on their proposals with parties and agents affected for a period of no less than one month.
Distribution network operators are therefore launching a consultation process to gather the opinions of any agent on the Proposal of detailed specifications document of the Circular on access and connection of demand facilities.
This consultation begins on 22 January 2025 and ends on 22 February 2025.
