Usage attributed to a power supply for a specified period of time, when the actual consumption level is not known for billing purposes. It is calculated in relation to the usage history for the same period the previous year, if applicable, and in all cases in compliance with the Ministerial Resolution of 14 May 2009, amended by the resolution dated 24 May 2011.
