At UFD, we care about the security of your data and so we have strengthened our customer service policy for calls to our telephone platform.

From now on, when you apply for connection to the network and you need to call to ask us a question or request a transaction relating to your file, we will ask you for three pieces of information to ensure that we are informing the right person:

  • File number.
  • File address
  • Tax ID of the applicant, owner or payer.

We thereby increase your protection by not giving information about your file to people who cannot tell us these three pieces of information.
