Find out how to reset your fuse box

Tips and advice

Whenever you experience a power cut at home, you should check your fuse box before doing anything else. To do that, you need to know what each part is and what it does. Find out more!

After identifying all the parts, if any of the switches are in the down position then it needs to be switched to up.

If nothing trips again, then you have solved the problem. If, on the other hand, one of the switches trips again, you might have an electrical fault somewhere in your domestic installation. To resolve that, you will need to call a professional electrician to have a look.

Check whether your remote Power Control Switch (PCS) has tripped

If you still have no power even after raising all the switches in your fuse box, you can log in to your private area to check whether your remote Power Control Switch (PCS) has been tripped and, if so, reconnect it.

If your Power Control Switch (PCS) is tripping a lot, you may be exceeding the power level you have contracted. If you need to increase your contracted power, here is the information you need to do so.
