Have you ever experienced any incidents while using our website, either in the public area or in your Private area? Do you have any questions about how the Platform works or improvement suggestions? If the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, then you might be interested in what we’re about to tell you!

There is now a new support service available to help you with your incidents or information requests. It’s really simple! Just fill out the form you can find in the Contact area at the top of the page, and you will find two options related to incidents while using the website in the “What is your enquiry about?” field:

  • There is an error in the Digital Services Platform (web)–> To report errors or incidents in both the public area and your private area.
  • I have a suggestion to improve the Digital Services Platform –> Send us your improvement suggestions.


We’ll be happy to help! When we receive your request, we’ll find the best solution for you and let you know as soon as possible through the “My requests” section of your private area. If you’re not registered yet, do so today! Because improving your user experience is out top priority!
